Kristen Wiig is in talks to reteam with her cohorts Will Ferrell and Adam McKay on the indie comedy .
The actress, who is shooting the McKay-helmed opposite Ferrell, is eyeing the lead in the film that will be directed by McKay’s wife Shira Piven ().
Eliot Laurence, a former staff writer on Oxygen’s , wrote the screenplay about a woman with dissociative personality disorder who wins the lottery and decides to spend her winnings on a cable access talk show about her life.

Ferrell, McKay and Jessica Elbaum are producing through their Gary Sanchez Productions. UTA, which reps Wiig and Laurence, is repping the film for sale and is in the process of securing financing.
Gary Sanchez is in production on the sequel for Paramount.
